When our offer didn't originally win out it was a bummer, but we knew we did our best. Because of Chad's strategy, when other offers fell through the house ended up coming back around to us, and he guided us as first-time buyers through the closing process. "Chad is an excellent realtor. He very prompt and does a great job dealing with other realtors. We've sold one house and bought another with him. When looking for homes, he'd meet with us whenever it was convenient for us and get us as many details as possible about the property. When he walks through the home with you, he pays close attention to details like electrical, plumbing, and the foundation. We recently almost bought another home and worked to sell our current. That contract fell through because of difficulties with the seller, it was an extremely stressful situation that we opted out of. Chad was calm, cool, and collected through the whole process.
